APPOINTMENT BOOKING PROCESS
To make an appointment with one of our financial mentors, we ask all of our new clients to first provide us with all of the following documentation so that we can correctly and accurately assess your financial position:
BANK STATEMENTS
Up to date bank statements
(3-month statements for all active bank accounts that you have)
INCOME STATEMENTS
Statements of all income you are receiving
(wage slips/IRD/full benefit breakdown etc.)
DETAILS OF ALL OUTGOING EXPENDITURE AND DEBT
This includes rent/mortgage statements, official copies of all bills/debts/loans that are either being paid or that are needing to be paid
(with balances/amounts owing for each).
We need to see statements for anything that you are paying,
or anything that you are needing to pay.
IDENTIFICATION
One form of photo ID
Once you have gathered all of these items together, you can either email the documents through to info@papakurabudgeting.co.nz or you are welcome to drop the physical copies to our office between the hours of 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
We will then prepare your file and schedule your first appointment with one of our financial mentors.
Please note: A verified Budget Worksheet/Debt Schedule are not generally complete,
finalised or issued at the first appointment.
This may take approximately 2-3 appointments.
